The participants have 4 levels where they can register and at the same time there is also the Cup of Portugal XCM Race.

Tour of Portugal by Bike 2023
Loulé will host the end of the third stage of the 84th Tour of Portugal by bicycle, scheduled for August 12, with the Algarve city returning to the route 20 years after the last presence, the organization announced this Thursday.
"Historically linked to cycling and the Tour of Portugal by bicycle for many years, the municipality of Loulé will re-enter, this year, on the map of the competition that takes place from 9 to 20 August. After 20 years of absence, the city will be the stage of the end of the third and longest stage of the Tour of Portugal, on August 12", reads the communiqué from the organization of the queen race of the national cycling calendar.
